Their use, reproduction, distribution, public communication, modification or any other similar activity is entirely prohibited except with the express authorisation of the owner. The licence to use any content on this website granted to the user is limited to downloading that content for private use, provided the content remains intact.

Disclaimer of warranties and liability

Consumer information and complaints

In accordance with Law 7/2014 and Decree 46/2009 of the Balearic Islands, complaint forms are available to consumers and users at our office at Avenida del Lago 2B. If you are not satisfied with the service you can ask for one on the spot, and you can also send your complaint to the Directorate-General for Consumer Affairs of the Government of the Balearic Islands.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

Amorerental S.L. may take civil or criminal legal action against anyone who makes improper use of the website. In the event of a dispute or conflict related to the services, both parties submit to the courts of Palma de Mallorca, unless the law gives a consumer the right to bring the case before the courts of their place of residence, in which case that right prevails. The relationship between Amorerental S.L. and users is governed by Spanish law.
